In order to assure a reliable and safe organ transplant operation, close cooperation of the institutions involved is necessary. These include every institution where a donation originates, the center specifically responsible for coordination, the Eurotransplant International Foundation, and every institution where the transplant is to take place. In addition, the organization Austrotransplant and the Office for Transplant Procedures (ÖBIG-Transplant) are responsible for producing the relevant clinical or statistical analyses.
