Health Report of the Province of Lower Austria 2002

Reporting period 1991–2000

Aim of this report is the identification of problem fields and problem regions as well as the identification of needs for action in health policy. Target groups of this report are decision makers in politics and administration, the professional public as well as the interested public.

The report contains a descripiton an interpretation of data and informations about the crucial sociodemographic factors, the health status of the population, the risk factors for health and the facilities of health care system in the fields of outpatient and inpatient treatment as well as objectives and strategies for health policy.
