Handbook for reporting and learning systems

Many Austrian hospitals have reporting and learning systems to improve patient safety. Different types of system exist for this purpose. In our project, we collect experience that hospitals have made with the individual systems, and organise workshops in which a handbook for reporting and learning systems will be developed. The primary purpose of the handbook will be to provide orientation for hospitals that have not used such a system so far.
