Health Reporting Platform

In 2003 the Health Reporting Platform was founded at ÖBIG in order to establish health reporting as a continuous process relevant for health policies. The regular participants in the meetings include representatives of the Ministry of Health, all Provincial Governments, the Main Association of Austrian Social Security Institutions as well as Statistics Austria.

As a result, in autumn 2006 and spring 2007 recommendations for the preparation and function of health reports were drawn up in order to contribute to the uniform structure, comparability and functional use of health reporting.
