Analysis of drug related deaths

Since 2005 the ÖBIG commissioned by the health ministry is carrying out the annual analysis of drug related deaths. This includes the processing of data (e.g. extraction of relevant information from the reports on autopsy and toxicology; categorisation of deaths cases according defined rules etc.), the analysis of data (in line with national as well as EU requirements) and the drawing up of an annual report on drug related deaths.
